Communication could have been faster. The reel arrived with the leader tightly wrapped around the spindle. When I tried to remove the spool I didn't realize the protruding tab was a spool release and neither did my brother. I had asked that a replacement reel be sent to another address to try and save my fishing trip as I was thousands of miles from home. The seller did replace the reel but it was sent to my original address, not where it was needed. No manual with the reel was problematic.
