They sent me the wrong size, but I think that was just bad luck- not a systemic problem. They did the absolute minimum - yet completely sufficient - amount to resolve their error. I waited at the post office, paid for the return shipping, and Sneaker Palace were true to their word - refunded me after I bought the new pair. And they apologized. Everyone apologizes; apologies are free. Shoes are great!

Nice pair of adidas sneakers that I would never be able to find in the US. These really stand out, and look good with anything I wear with them.
