Hi, I got your headlamp . It is in pretty good shape, I installed and tested it. everything works but the high beam. I replaced the motor & light bulb but did not help. the only thing left is the igniter / ballast . do you have a spare one? I do not want to return the headlamp for a minor defect but it won't pass safety inspection in VA. Thanks a lot
