Seller sent wrong item and I returned it. An honest mistake, no harm no foul. What wasn't honest was sending a refund that had me pay for return shipping. After getting eBay support involved the matter was resolved.
Prior to this I tried to coordinate having the correct item paid and shipped after the return, but I never heard back and instead the item was relisted immediately. At this point I've given up, back at square one as if nothing ever happened. Just a colossal waste of time.
