Advertised item as new, but it was open box and taped up. Due to the refill fraud with toner cartridges, they are always worth much more when sealed from the manufacturer. I wanted to return the item due to misrepresentation, but seller refused to pay shipping back to him. Had to have e-bay intervene for a full refund, including shipping fees. Not trustworthy seller.
