This item is used. It said it would be new. I do not appreciate it. I want something brand new. I do not shop on here to buy used items at all. I’m very disappointed. I would like something new as soon as possible or a free refund and I won’t ever shop with this dealer again.

Customer falsely accused us of listing this item as new, or implying that it was new. It is clearly listed as “pre-owned.” Pictures of the items condition were provided as well. If the customer was unhappy with the transaction, they could have easily gotten a refund from us. We always want to make things right, But they chose to not take the high road, and made false accusations against us, perhaps to get a free jacket out of us?
