It didn’t work as advertised. It was new but it doesn’t work on scratches.

I used these on my car and they did great at getting the paint off that another car left after rubbing against. It did take some elbow grease and time to remove. It obviously cannot add paint to where it got scratched down to the metal. It took off other little scratches that were all over my car. Sorry you didn't have the same luck.
