Salve, ci dispiace che non sia rimasto contento. Però, se avesse letto la descrizione dell'oggetto prima di acquistare (oppure contattarci) si sarebbe reso conto che è palesemente riportato che il colore è nero e che soprattutto è un articolo stampato in 3D, riprodotto artigianalmente da noi. Poteva comunque contattarci anche dopo essersi reso conto dell'errore, avremmo sicuramente trovato una soluzione assieme. Come ben capisce le recensioni negative inutili come questa denneggiano i venditori.
