Never received package, seller then went on to make outrageous claims that I signed for a package that I never got nor signed for when I went to my local USPS they said it was scribble and they told me it could've been delivered to anyone. Will be filing a claim with PayPal tomorrow. Never ordering out of the country again.

USPS has signed proof of delivery.Registered mail packages aren't "delivered to anyone".Tracking shows package delivered and signed for on same day buyer asked if package could be tracked.Buyer says there's no proof of delivery, that it's just my claim. Goes to post office with tracking number. Says they know nothing about it. When I say I can't refund if there's proof of delivery, he says post office showed him proof of delivery, but it's not his signature.Buyer opened case. eBay decided.
