Box was open when it arrived. Not packaged very well. Everything was in the box thou.

Sorry the box had been opened but glad that the bike arrived OK. It left Chicago packed very sell I promise. I suspect that it was opened somewhere along the line (for some reason I can only guess at) and not repacked well.
