We are sorry to hear that you misunderstood. The listing title and the description state: "2.860ct" It is generally understood that a diamond engagement ring is around 1 carat. Almost three carats is the size of a large gemstone in a ring. And, there is a ruler in the photos. We do not feel this neutral feedback is any fault of Tektite Superstore. There was no amount of additional information that would have changed the outcome in this case. We advise doublechecking the weight before purchase.
