Seller was responsive to questions, and shipped promptly. Description was not 100% accurate — these were described as “new without tags” and while the gray pair does appear to be new, the black pair, while in good condition, shows some signs of wear (slight pilling of fabric, etc). But not a problem for me, and the price was great so I am very happy with my purchase.
