The clock is lovely but the postage leaves much to be desired. I have taken photos of the broken bits. I won’t be able to buy any other clocks from the US because I can’t deal with breakages. I don’t mind the expense of postage as long as the piece arrives safely. I don’t know if the clock works or not because I can’t set it up until it is repaired. Beautiful clock but it’s extremely disappointing to receive it broken. It is it the seller’s fault. It’s the packing unfortunately.

This was an overseas buyer and sent by Ebay International shipping program. Ebay unpacked & repacked it, unfortunately Ebay packaging was not adequate.
