I am sorry you are unhappy, but you purchased and received exactly what was stated and shown within the listing. The pictures clearly show the measurement size of each bottle and the listing description states, “Measurement = 1 oz & 0.17 oz (Sample Size).”

Item was packed well and arrived quickly. When I think of a "new" item, I think of an item new in box. There was no box, so it may have even been displayed. However, the item was in very good condition.
