I shipped within 24 hours and uploaded tracking. Tracking shows the item is still on the way. It's not my fault USPS is moving slow in that area. As for willing to help; I called USPS twice and had them open an investigation for your item. Filled out forms, sent pictures, detailed descriptions, etc. I'm not sure what else I could've done.
