I purchased this item based off the repair guy saying it was what I needed. Come to find out it wasn't. I explained that to them and they said no refund. So now I'm stuck with this ice bin.

We highly suggest contacting us before purchase to verify the correct part. We state very clearly multiple times that we do not accept returns. If there is ever an issue with a part that has failed, we immediately work to correct the issue with a replacement or a refund. However, we cannot afford to sell new Whirlpool parts and pay for shipping, and pay for return shipping just so that customers can "try" parts on their appliance. Please contact us before purchase if there is ever a question.
