Item was paid June 1, shipped June 3 but left from the seller June 17 after I asked where my package might be. Really disappointed and not going to order again if it is not necessary. You need to make sure that your packages leaves when they are mean't to be.

We're very sorry about the delay in the delivery. Item indeed was dispatched on time. Couriers made a mistake and held it for a week. We use third part courier company, so you only see tracking once it arrives to the destination country and is handed to the final delivery courier company. We do our best to provide a good delivery service but couriers do mistakes. We also made a partial refund as a discount for you to make up for the delay in delivery the same day the item was finally delivered
