2 of the 3 scoops were ok. Seller did not divulge that 1 scoops was broken. When contacted was told I could return them. Assuming at my expense as there was no offer or mention that they would pay shipping? They could credit me for the 1 scoop but didn’t offer that either. Beware, look very closely at their pictures because the description mentioned nothing. There is no way they did not know this when posting the listing. Disappointed.

We admitted to the buyer we made an error in that we did not notice one of the scoops was not working correctly. We offered to make a full refund if they opened a return and shipped the scoops back to us. Buyer did not wish to take up this offer. Buyer did not ask if we would pay shipping. Shipping would have been at our expense, which would have been clear if they had actually opened a return. We absolutely dispute and disagree the implication we deliberately shipped faulty items.
