First it was labeled wrong and sent to the wrong person, then we both had to send back the item to the seller at our own cost. After 2 weeks went by with no help from the seller I had to open a case with the post office to get a resolution. Only after I found that he had received the item did he offer a refund. It’s a shame because he started out on positive terms but quickly became difficult to deal with.
