Car broke down after 5 hours. Took to Toyota and they confirmed the actuator was a cheap Chinese replica. Spoke to seller who advised change clutch and other actuators advertised on his shop . Think twice as replicas are available on eBay for a fraction of the price. We will be getting in touch for a refund mate.

Are you sure you are leaving the correct feedback to the right company. We do not have and have never sold Chinese copy's. We don't sell new Actuators only genuine used refurbish Toyota Aisin. I know Toyota main dealers don't like us but this a very strong statement to make and for you to put in writing on line. Please provide written proof from Toyota so i can take this matter further .
