This customer stated that his item was not delivered but there is a clear picture of the item being in front of the customer's house. The picture of the front porch matches the picture shown on google maps. Customer demanded a refunded even though he stated that he was on vacation when the item was shown delivered. Customer also first stated that he gets porch thieves often thus he is not happy that his item was stolen. This customer said that we should be responsible for anyhting being stolen.
