Waited 10 days and tried cancelling the order but they rejected it, messaged them but no response, left me no choice but to open item not received case. Finally got a response with reasoning behind the delay after 10+days. Refund was issues but that’s a given. Issue here is that Car has been down for 10+ days without the parts because of this lack of communication. Sending a $10 discount and asking not to leave negative feedback is a shame
