    I received the item close to described, disc 13, the first disc of the seventh volume, was received broken and unplayable. I contacted the seller and they would do nothing about it. I had to pay an additional $10 to purchase again the disc, that was received broken, from someone else.

    This item was as describe and arrived adequatly packaged. Although the shipping time is NOT the seller's fault the tracking shows that it was delivered to the eBay shipping hub on 20 May but was not acknowledged a tteh shipping hub until 01 June then took a few more days to commence its journey, being delivered to me in Canada on 11 June - why the nearly 2 week hold up a the eBay shipping hub?
