    Jersey is in perfect condition. However, these jerseys really won't fit any adult if they want to wear to a game. They should probably be described as collectibles -- something you'd want to frame -- not something you'd want to purchase that you'd want to wear. They are incredibly small. Could potentially make a good child's gift for as long as they could wear it.
