The backpack is in perfect shape. But. They lied about the size. I even contacted the seller to verify the details, and they referred back to the description. The bag itself on the tag says its size L. Not M like they advertised. Its probably a good 5 inches too large for my pets needs. I would have bought something else if i knew.

You could have returned the backpack for a full refund instead of taking the "Low road" and leaving a review. This is ehat I do not understand about buyers on ebay - they would rather be tacky than do things the right way. I am only human I thought it was a medium. I happen to be going through a lot right now. How would you like your child dying of cancer and all you can do is watch?
