The lava lamp was shipped inside a massive Amazon box, and arrived shaken up/very cloudy. I reached out to the seller, who only offered to refund me if I found another box and mailed the lava lamp back to him. Even though I sent pictures of the obviously defective item. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller.
