    The NVR sold as "new open box," but was used and had dirt from usage inside. Because it was used, it needs a password in order to either view the recordings, or change the camera display. We took the time to completely remove the circuit board and desoldered the battery, to erase the memory, but to no avail. They offered return but we already wasted more labor time trying to get it to work than the sale price. It is a loss. No sense losing more on return shipping. We would not trust them further

    !!Buyer is a scammer. I've sold 20 years and know when I'm being scammed.Buyer threatened negative feedback, made false claims, and sent threatening and harassing messages. Buyer Refused return. Buyer wanted to keep item and get a refund. Read all my feedback, this buyer feedback is an outlier for a reason!!
