Apologizes for the choice of packaging material. I didnt see a claim for any broken items, maybe I need to invest in more trendy packaging............

Pathetic packaging at best, box was in great shape but contents was destroyed stated that it was insured ... thanks for that What a hassle ... shredded paper what a mess then barely wrapped in paper towel with blue tape like I said all BROKEN

Buyer originally reported that one piece had been broken in shipping, and I indicated that the shipment had been insured. Original contact from the buyer, indicted that one of the parts had been broken, and they did not need the other piece that arrived intact. The next communication I received is on the Feedback Forum that everything was broken? Its weird that I received a photo of one broken piece and the other two pieces had no issue, now the claim is all of it was broken?
