We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back. Return is only possible within 14 days in the delivered unused condition without damage. Without exception, a return can only be made if the product has not yet been put into operation. After operation or use, a return is of course no longer possible, as use or damage and thus the original delivered condition can no longer be guaranteed.

Hi. Today, june, Thursday 6 i finally revived the items. Almost 2 60 days. The ultrasonic tips fit to my device W&H Proxeo, but the tips are more wide in the basement and the key to remove the tips do not fit, but i use a bur to prepare 2 plain faces more. The tips have only 2 face plain. and now the tips adjust to the key W&H proxeo. I will send you pictures. Thanks
