Item was advertised as 100% cashmere. It certainly was not, being it only 30% cashmere with a blend of other materials. The seller did agree to a refund, however, no apology nor explanation was offered regarding the misleading description. The return process was difficult too as not through Australia Post and so I had to outsource printing the return label (don't have a printer at home). Just an annoying experience all-round. Refund was quickly processed though.
