Unreliable seller, ordered 6 tranreceivers, 1 was different from order, when humbly requested to complete order, he refused, Careless, arrogant, not customer supportive. However refunded, but now we had to source complete order elsewhere. Waste to fime, unprofessional.

We shipped 6 correct modules. The buyer claimed one was incorrect. We responded immediately by issuing a refund. No sense in fussing over $15. The buyer said he needed a replacement instead but the refund was already issued. We permanently blocked the buyer because we were sure we shipped the correct item plus the transaction was just too much of a hassle. There was just much back and forth for a week before the purchase for such a low cost item.
