There were two gashes on the outer sleeve and the spine of the booklet inside was cracked from use by a previous person. (Again this was being sold as new.) Additionally the microfiber cloth that was depicted in one of the pictures displayed by the seller was nowhere to be found. I tried to reach out to the seller but they did not respond.
