Giving the seller the benefit of the doubt that they may not have realized. This watch is beautiful and as pictured - unfortunately, the existing watch band had a very strong cigarette-smoke odor. Bad enough that my hands would still smell after handling it. I loved the watch itself enough that I went out and bought a new Fossil band to replace the one it came with, but for what was paid, I felt the smokiness should've been disclosed.
