Arrived fast but was packed poorly and was partially damaged in transit. I was hoping to salvage the transaction by keeping the item (the part that wasn’t damaged) and negotiating a discount but the seller wasn’t super communicative. They offered a small discount and I countered. Then, zero communication. I actually had to try to track them down a few times. Ultimately they offered a free return, which wasn’t what I wanted to do. Unfortunate that we couldn’t come to a mutually favorable outcome.
