(1) Shipping charges of over $60 and I still had to pay Customs? I did a quick rate search amongst the carriers and there was a lot of bloat in this charge. The additional charges should have been communicated. (2) That box was packed really well - there was no way that anything was damaging the box. The contents of the box - someone could have actually protected the bottle. It was shook up pretty bad and you knew that it leaked a bit because the box smelled very pretty.
