I simple search on the internet can share how this can be remedied. The bag was NOT packaged so tightly that it would have caused permanent damage. I ship Handbags 100% of the time and have NEVER had a issue. You should have contacted me right away and we could have resolved it quickly and easily. How do I know if you didn't cause this issue at this point. My reviews speak for themself.
