Product required alteration to be initially usable, resulting in the loss of part of the product. Seller suggested I go somewhere to alter the product rather than help resolve the issue. Overall seller's efforts to address issues with product were dismissive and lacked accountability. Make sure to be specific and ask about product condition and clarify if item is in the condition accurately described in the product listing before purchasing.

I'm sorry you were disappointed in this pre-owned item. You said you were having an issue with the charm staying closed that I didn't experience. I suggested squeezing the latch to make it tighter. When the lava ball was misplaced, you requested a replacement part, which I didn't have. I offer free 30-day returns, including a refund once the item is received by me. You opened a return, & I sent you a prepaid return label. Later, you closed the return request & elected to keep the item.
