Understanding that we are all human and mistakes do happen on used merchandise. I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue. They just wanted to argue an invalid point. I with in days I went to another seller order the correct mounting hardware and fixed my issue. $70 bucks later but at least I got the correct parts and don’t have to deal with that type of service.
