Told the seller the item was taken out the package and it was then turned on and lasted 2 or maybe 3 seconds and died... they said basically this brand has never disappointed anyone ever with it's performance or quality. On top of that since it's a medical item and used it isn't returnable. I said used? It was opened it most certainly not used. I'm sending it back even if I pay for it myself so they can go f@Kk themselves with that cheap trash AZ chit*.
