Second, arrived in new factory packaging as ordered and connected immediately with no hassle. I’ve owned 2 sets in the past (lost one bud, same ear..my bad) so I know for sure how they are supposed to work and sound. These are definitely authentic! The same amazing sound and functionality Beats are known for. Thirdly, let’s not mention the price…Incomparable!!

COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT. These are NOT Beats Studio Buds. They are a cheap knockoff. Photos show minor differences but more importantly these are much lighter, flimsier, they don't sound nearly as good, and they do not work with the Beats app. When I confronted the seller about this, they claimed they did not know that these were not genuine, and blamed it on their supplier. They tried to get me to take a partial refund. They eventually gave me full refund, but this doesn't justify dishonesty.
