I was definitely skeptical. Just start using it tonight. I live in a bus. I just needed something that would be a foot away from my head that would keep me cool. This definitely does the trick. I definitely have to learn how much ice or ice packs are the best way to put it in but other than that it works great. I asked a few questions before I even bought it. He answered my questions no problem. I love the 12 volt. Hardly takes any juice out of my jackrey 2000 power bank. Love it. Thanks
