      I reached out to the seller at the time of the purchase to ask for overnight shipping and offered to pay any additional cost incurred or at least ship it asap. Seller responded over a day later and said it’s not possible. Then ignored the time sensitive nature of the reason for the purchase and shipped it 3 days after the purchase date and only after I asked to cancel it.This company has no business selling funeral products if they can’t be sensitive the urgency of the order.
