Good and prompt communications from this seller when I reached out following the delivery of this item. However, I remain disappointed with the overall quality of these mats. The back stitching used during manufacturing was inconsistent at the corners of the drivers side binding the rubber and carpet layers together. This was determined by the seller in our correspondence to represent an acceptable product. I would not purchase these mats again in future, time will tell if they holdup to usage.
