I received a Style CS multitool with both joints and surfaces/tools deeply rusted. The joints felt 'scratchy' while making crackling sounds when any tool would be opened, implying the tool was rusted within as well. The only positive side is that the blade was sharpened, albeit marred with rust spots. I've tried to reach out to the seller with photos attached to show the extent of rust damage and received no response.

As for the photos the buyers sent, there were small rust spots on the "leatherman" letters in the joins.
there were no rust inside or on the tools
i had offered the buyer to return the item for full refund and even to pay shipping.
the buyers real problem was that he was CHARGED CUSTOMS in his country.
thats the real reason for his negative feedback
