Realised after ordering that I'd ordered the ankle cuffs rather than the wrist cuffs by mistake. Sent a message to the seller asking if it was possible to swap for the (cheaper) wrist cuffs, and I did not receive a reply, nor was dispatch information added. Item arrived fine and I'm really pleased with it, and have separately ordered the wrist cuffs. But communication from the seller was non-existent
