Poor description of products - return Amazon products - broken wicker missing parts - not " LIKE NEW with all PARTS". Communication was there but they ask you what you expect for correction then do not respond for 3 days. Finnally sent a replacement that was in a makeshift box which got more items damaged, but did make one good chair when all said and done took three hours extra wook for a 20 minute job. NEVER will I BUY from them again......too many GOOD merchants on EBAY just not this one.
