While not technically the seller fault, the courier they used delivered the item to a neighbour but failed to update the tracking with any details other than the item had been delivered. I found the seller communications to be lacking and unhelpful after explaining the situation and only being told to check the tracking (Read above!). I managed to contact the courier help desk who managed to get more details but send me on a wild goose chase! 5 days later I tracked it down!
