We were more than happy for the customer to send this back and it had to go to a partner company in California. The customer never shared any tracking and called us thieves because eBay only refunded him the freight to return. We were more than kind and respectful to the point we had to ask eBay to tell the customer to stop emailing us. He was aggressive and acted like a child the entire time. He was refunded and we hope to never deal with him again
