My fisher volume control was found faulty by my technician. I wanted a refund but seller asked me not to request this as it would lower his ratings. I agreed to this ,closed the case,returned the item and expected a new part.
Well, seller claims nothing wrong with my part and wouldn’t give the the courtesy to simply send a new part.
I will never deal with this company again and urge the next buyer to be careful.
The text correspondence was very rude & condescending on his part.
