The Item did appear to be new when looking at it at a quick glance however when opening the bag i found it had the wrong item in the package and instead was something not even close to the ordered item. The seller did attempt to find the correct item but was not able to do so and processed a refund quickly. I dont blame the seller at all its an easy mistake especially with mopar parts as they tend to not have pictures of most items in general. I would definitely purchase from again.
